IDinsight appoints Mallika Ahluwalia as Chief Impact and Strategy Officer
Ahluwalia brings experience in building relationships and leading social impact initiatives.
Mallika Ahluwalia is appointed as the Chief Impact and Strategy Officer of IDinsight. She earlier held the position of India Regional Director. Ahluwalia’s role then was to expand the organization’s influence and collaborations in India.
Ahluwalia brings experience in building relationships and leading social impact initiatives. Before joining IDinsight, Ahluwalia was the Country Lead for Health Systems Design at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She worked to anchor the Foundation’s work to bring access and quality to health system approaches. She also worked as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company and as a consultant with the Indian Ministry of Rural Development on the National Rural Livelihoods Mission. With this diverse work portfolio, she brings an impressive background in global development, decision-making through evidence, and building collaborations to widen the social impact.
Ahluwalia holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and MBA from Harvard Business School.
