The LGT Impact Fellowship matches mid-level business professionals looking to apply their skills in a meaningful way, with portfolio organizations and companies of LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock, that are looking for talents to support them in scaling impact.
Fellows work on the ground with for-profit companies or non-profit organizations from our global portfolios with the aim to strengthen their organizational capacity, thus contributing to their success.
This engagement allows Fellows to gain valuable hands-on experience and learn lessons in the field. The Fellowship is part of LGT Venture Philanthropy’s strategic investment support. Participants work closely with their local teams and important stakeholders and tap into a global network of peer Fellows. This special setup enriches the experience and enables participants to enhance skills that are vital for the next stage of a purposeful career after the Fellowship.

The one-year Fellowship offers full-time, paid engagements with portfolio organizations and companies of LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock in developing and emerging countries across Latin America, Africa, India, and Europe.
The LGT Impact Fellowship builds upon their experience in running this program since 2009 and placing well over 172 Fellows with leading organizations around the world.
