LedBy Foundation – India’s first leadership and professional development incubator for Indian Muslim women, has recently opened applications for its programs for the batch of 2022. This year they have opened applications for two programs, both virtual and free-of-cost.
- LedBy Corporate Leaders Fellowship: For Indian Muslim women with 1-3 years of full-time, paid work experience, our flagship program is a 5-month intensive leadership and professional development program for high-potential Indian Muslim women. The program’s components include workshops, executive coaching, one-on-one mentorship, and speaker sessions.
- LedBy Accelerator: For young adult (18+) Indian Muslim women. Our cohort-based, year-long program helps Indian Muslim Women develop professional skills through workshops, personal branding tools, interview readiness preparation, and communication exercises so that they stand out in the job pool.
