World Bank’s Robert S. McNamara Fellowships Program
The Robert S. McNamara Fellowships Program (RSMFP) by the World Bank pairs aspiring development economics researchers from developing nations with World Bank research economists. This program offers fellows a unique opportunity to contribute to rigorous, policy-relevant research within the World Bank’s Development Economics Vice Presidency (DEC). Fellows will spend 8 months, from September to May each year, at the World Bank headquarters in Washington, D.C., collaborating with researchers in the Development Impact (DIME) and Development Research Group departments on high-quality research projects with significant policy implications.

Membership in the Women’s Impact Alliance is extended to exceptional women leaders chosen for their demonstrated impact, potential to drive significant change, and dedication to personal growth. Selected participants in the Empowered Leader Program are invited to join this esteemed cohort, uniting them with like-minded peers who share a passion for making a difference in their communities and beyond.

2024 Women’s Leadership Program
The 2024 Women’s Leadership Program, Eisenhower Fellowship’s (EF) fourth edition, is pivotal in advancing women’s leadership and gender equity, integral to Eisenhower Fellowships’ mission. Fellows will enhance leadership skills, forge interdisciplinary connections, and initiate impactful collaborations to drive societal betterment. Open to exceptional candidates worldwide, applicants residing outside EF’s active countries must show regional impact and secure a nomination from an EF global network member for consideration.
